  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above a certain cart value (e.g., Orders above Rs. 5,000 / $50).

3. Order Tracking
  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as secure online payment methods (Credit/Debit Card,, EasyPaisa/JazzCash, Sadapay).
  • For COD orders, please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.
5. Damaged or Missing Packages
We take utmost care in packaging your gorgeous clothes. However, if your package arrives damaged or items are missing:
  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share your order number along with photos of the damaged packaging/product at our customer support email.
6. Address Changes
